xstitchingman.com ships across Canada and the United States. Free shipping is included on all orders within North America. For international enquiries outside North America, please get in touch via the Contact page and we’ll do our best to make it work.
Each piece is a one-of-a-kind original and is carefully packaged by hand. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and dispatch from our studio in British Columbia, Canada.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your piece on its way to you.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the piece must be returned in its original condition — undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Contact us via the Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return and we’ll respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Frames follow the same 30-day return policy. They must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs apply unless the frame arrived damaged or faulty.

No — artworks and frames are sold separately so you can choose the finish that suits your space. All pieces are stitched to fit a standard 11×14 inch frame. We stock white, black, wood, and grey veneer metal frames in the shop, each chosen to complement the work beautifully.
Every single piece on xstitchingman.com is a hand-stitched original. No prints. No kits. No reproductions. Once a piece sells, it is gone permanently.

Keep your cross-stitch away from direct sunlight to prevent thread fading over time. If framed under glass, avoid hanging in areas of high humidity. Handle by the edges and avoid touching the stitched surface directly.
